We value your privacy. If you wish to permanently delete your WyDoin? account and all associated personal data, you can do so at any time using one of the methods below.
Method 1 — In-app (recommended)
The fastest way to delete your data is directly inside the WyDoin? app:
- Open the WyDoin? app and log into your account.
- Go to the Settings tab.
- Scroll down and tap the Delete Account button.
- Confirm your action. Your account and data will be permanently deleted immediately.
Method 2 — Email request
If you no longer have access to the app, you can request data deletion by contacting our support team. Please send an email from the address associated with your WyDoin? account.
Warning: Account deletion is irreversible. Once deleted, all your goals, daily tasks, progress, and friend connections will be permanently wiped from our servers and cannot be recovered.
